Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings to visualize design concepts for clients.
- Collaborate with consultants and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and organize permit documentation and technical reports for local authorities.
- Maintain project documentation and assist with general administrative tasks related to design projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent design sense with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into technical drawings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating design proficiency and technical knowledge.
