In this role, you will support our senior architects in the design and development of residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for translating concepts into detailed technical drawings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in the conceptualization and design of architectural projects.
- Prepare and revise detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions, monitor construction progress, and document observations.
- Collaborate with engineers and interior designers to ensure cohesive design implementation.
- Research and select appropriate building materials and finishes.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in the Philippines.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience or a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
