Responsibilities
- Assist the senior architectural team in the conceptualization and development of LRT station designs and transit hubs.
- Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard BIM and CAD software.
- Ensure all design elements comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and project-specific client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure workmanship quality, and verify compliance with architectural specifications.
- Prepare, manage, and update documentation for submission to relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Participate in design workshops, progress meetings, and site coordination sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (LAM Part 1 or equivalent).
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural firms or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, technical drawing standards, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work under tight project timelines.
- Strong interest in large-scale infrastructure, transport-oriented development, and public space design.
