Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of building services (HVAC, lighting, electrical) to optimise energy consumption.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO 50001 Energy Management System, including documentation and internal audits.
- Conduct site inspections and energy audits to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Prepare technical reports, performance metrics, and recommendations for facility upgrades.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 50001 or willingness to obtain certification.
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear reports.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude.
