Responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in planning and overseeing daily construction operations to meet project milestones.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is implemented on site.
- Review design documents for accuracy, code compliance, and quality control; flag issues early.
- Support development of design concepts, feasibility studies, and value engineering while staying within budget.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to verify existing conditions and monitor progress.
- Assist with the preparation of as-built drawings, schedules, and procurement documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Architecture or a related field (or pursuing licensure).
- 1ā2 years of experience in architectural drafting or project coordination (internship included).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning, and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating architectural drawing and design capabilities.
