Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural models and construction documentation using Revit software.
- Ensure all designs and drafting outputs strictly adhere to project standards and international CAD protocols.
- Assist senior design staff in coordinating drawings, schedules, and technical project documents.
- Participate in design meetings and provide technical input during the project lifecycle.
- Regularly update and maintain digital project files to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Execute site-specific design modifications based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging architectural trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory; familiarity with AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting practices, section details, and floor plan layouts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Strong command of PC software, including MS Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment in the Clark Freeport Zone.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
