Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily meal preparation, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, adhering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining impeccable cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support with inventory management, stock rotation, and order placement for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development, bringing innovative ideas and local flavors to the table.
- Master food plating and presentation techniques, ensuring every dish is visually appealing and meets established standards.
- Undertake mise en place duties, ensuring all ingredients are prepared and ready for service.
- Maintain all kitchen equipment in excellent working order, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary role, ideally within a hotel, restaurant, or private villa setting.
