Responsibilities
- Represent Kate Spade as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's values and aesthetic.
- Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive sales by maintaining deep product knowledge and promoting current collections, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, including merchandising displays, cleanliness, and inventory replenishment.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Support store operations, such as receiving shipments, price changes, and stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, and participate in store meetings and trainings.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong passion for fashion, style, and the Kate Spade brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia (valid work permit for non-Malaysians).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion certification is a plus.
