In this role, you will be the face of our world-class beverage portfolio, playing a pivotal role in driving market penetration and ensuring our alcoholic products are available where our customers shop.
As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will leverage your networking skills to identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships with outlet owners, and execute trade strategies that increase our brand presence. Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard new retail and hospitality outlets to expand ABI’s distribution network.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to secure product shelf space and visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
- Ensure the consistent availability of ABI’s alcoholic beverage portfolio across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit stock levels, merchandising compliance, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis for regional management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
