Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to standard recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the cooking and plating process to ensure quality and aesthetic standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP/local standards).
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent culinary certification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or cafe setting is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
