Daelim Dobidos Indonesia is seeking a motivated Kitchen Staff member to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and pre-cooking ingredients.
- Support cooking stations during service, ensuring timely plating and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.
- Handle basic kitchen equipment maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certificate is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is advantageous but not required.
