Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Filipino dishes, specializing in Pares Retiro’s signature recipes, ensuring consistent taste and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular counts, and coordinating with suppliers to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain a spotless, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to DOH and HACCP food safety standards.
  • Follow all established operational standards and portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure rapid and efficient service during peak hours by working cohesively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
