Responsibilities

  • Execute menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
  • Manage inventory levels and report ingredient shortages to the kitchen lead.
  • Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet service speed requirements.
  • Strictly adhere to food safety and health department regulations.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to streamline service during peak hours.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily prep lists and ingredient mise-en-place.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment usage.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistent presentation skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Permit or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
