Responsibilities
- Assist the culinary team with daily food preparation, including washing, chopping, and peeling ingredients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen work stations throughout the shift.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, and food processors safely.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Manage stock levels and assist in organizing inventory deliveries.
- Support the head chef during peak hours to ensure timely service delivery.
- Properly dispose of food waste and manage kitchen refuse according to health regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required by the shift schedule.
