Sant Group Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and influential voices across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for scouting, managing, and optimizing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate marketers to drive brand awareness, increase conversion rates, and achieve measurable marketing ROI.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners suitable for our brand identity.
- Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and campaign deliverables to ensure cost-efficiency and high performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with company sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent brand advocacy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the content team to provide creative briefs for KOLs and influencers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
