In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence in the digital landscape, leveraging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate networks to maximize brand awareness and drive conversion.

You will be responsible for scouting top-tier talent, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners. Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-potential KOLs and affiliate partners across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate product seeding and content deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a database of influencers and partners, ensuring consistent communication and long-term engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking tools and performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional business communication.
