Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identification and outreach to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate actionable reports, and provide data-backed insights for future optimizations.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategies at the forefront of the digital landscape.
  • Maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, influencers, and creative partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital performance advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing paid social media advertising budgets with a focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
