Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing beauty influencers and creators that align with brand values.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from contract negotiation and briefing to content approval and post-campaign analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, and conversion rates) to optimize future strategies.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners to ensure consistent brand advocacy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a proactive edge in the beauty industry.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management to guide marketing budgets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of current trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytical tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetic quality and content relevance.
