Responsibilities
- Assist researchers in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of mechatronic and robotic systems.
- Conduct routine experimental tests and document findings accurately in lab journals.
- Support the procurement and inventory management of laboratory equipment and consumables.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in the assembly of prototypes and hardware components for R&D projects.
- Collect, process, and organize technical data for review by project leads.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate laboratory facility usage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, data logging tools).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Ability to learn new technical systems and software tools quickly.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is an advantage, but fresh graduates with a strong passion for R&D are welcome to apply.
