PLT Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs across the organization
- Define program timelines, milestones, and success metrics while managing stakeholder expectations
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and business units
- Develop and maintain program documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards
- Champion process improvements and implement scalable program management frameworks
- Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive alignment on technical decisions and ensure architectural coherence across initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in software development environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Technical background or equivalent experience in engineering organizations
- PMP, CSPO, or equivalent project management certification preferred
