Search Personnel is looking for a dynamic Learning Centre Manager to oversee operations at our Mount Austin campus in Johor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for parents, guiding them through the onboarding process and building lasting relationships that drive student enrolments and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, designing engaging events, and leveraging our CRM system to track interactions and convert prospects into enrolled families. By analyzing engagement data and parent feedback, you'll continuously improve our recruitment funnel and service quality.
The centre's success hinges on a wellâorganized administrative framework; you'll manage scheduling, staff training, and dayâtoâday logistics, ensuring a safe and inspiring learning environment. Collaboration with marketing teams will amplify our outreach, while regular reporting to senior leadership will provide transparency on performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Onboard new parents and students, ensuring a smooth transition into the centre's programs.
- Drive lead generation through outreach, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage the CRM database, tracking parent interactions, followâups, and conversion metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong parent relationships to boost retention and referrals.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, staff coordination, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customerâfacing or educational management role.
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems and interpret data for actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on parent engagement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Selfâmotivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fastâpaced environment.
