PT Trimitra Putra Mandiri is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in leading our legal strategy, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and protecting the company's business interests while supporting our rapid growth trajectory.
As the Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal operations of the organization. Your primary duties will include managing the legal department, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, licenses, and agreements. You will handle litigation and dispute resolution, provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, and ensure strict adherence to all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate governance and employment law.
You will also be responsible for conducting legal due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions, managing intellectual property rights, and liaising with external counsel and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance, with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all legal aspects of the company, including contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect company interests.
- Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to senior management and the board of directors.
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies on litigation and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate governance and employment standards.
- Conduct legal due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and business partnerships.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to minimize operational risks.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation management.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to guide a legal team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (e.g., Indonesian Advocates Association) is highly desirable.
