Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including loan agreements, vendor contracts, and corporate policies.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian banking regulations, OJK requirements, and other applicable laws.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to internal departments regarding operational and administrative matters.
- Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate records for corporate permits and licenses.
- Handle legal research and stay updated on legislative changes that may impact financial services operations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary to represent company interests.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Civil Law, Banking Law, and OJK regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (such as PERADI) is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
