Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and corporate documents.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic counsel to management and internal departments.
- Manage and oversee litigation processes, including coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with the latest Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize legal document databases, ensuring all records are up to date and secure.
- Conduct legal research to support company initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate licensing and permit applications, renewals, and other regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate legal or law firm environment.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian civil, corporate, and litigation law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple legal cases and meet strict deadlines.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving mindset.
