Job Description
Join a dynamic aviation maintenance team in Miri, Sarawak as a licensed aircraft engineer. In this role you will perform and supervise maintenance tasks on airframes and powerplants, following CAAM regulations and OEM specifications to ensure airworthiness and safety for each aircraft.
The ideal candidate holds a valid CAAM license and has hands on experience with aircraft systems, maintenance data, and timely documentation. You will sign off on maintenance actions, review service bulletins, and ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with industry standards.
As a key member of the maintenance crew, you will collaborate with technicians, avionics specialists, and quality assurance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in reliability and safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and components in compliance with CAAM regulations and OEM specifications.
- Review maintenance data and service bulletins; ensure accuracy of actions and proper certification in maintenance records.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems; implement effective corrective actions and diagnose root causes.
- Lead maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient work flow and tool control.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers and vendors to obtain required components and minimize downtime.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed; participate in safety meetings and internal audits.
Qualifications
- Valid CAAM license as an aircraft engineer with current certification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in aircraft maintenance or similar aviation role.
- Strong knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Experience reading and applying maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and OEM documentation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective corrective actions.
