We are currently seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Licensed Architect to join our dynamic team on a contract basis in Pampanga. Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage comprehensive material and method statements for ongoing construction projects.
- Coordinate effectively with external consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings to ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical design queries.
- Manage technical documentation, including transmittals, RFI responses, and progress reports.
- Ensure all architectural plans are updated and reflective of site changes in real-time.
- Support the project management team in quality control and design refinement.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Architect in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction documentation, or project coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience in BIM/Revit is a significant advantage.
- High level of competency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for project tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage consultant relationships and project workflows efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail and building systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
