Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design process for commercial, industrial, and high-rise developments.
- Perform detailed structural calculations and analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent).
- Stamp and certify structural drawings, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams to resolve structural challenges.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents, specifications, and bill of quantities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in structural engineering within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Must possess a valid SKA (Surat Keahlian) / Professional Certification as a Structural Engineer.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in structural design of medium to high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Deep understanding of SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) and relevant international structural codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for structural detail and safety.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
