Responsibilities
- Host and present live dance performances and events with confidence and enthusiasm
- Introduce performers and explain performance segments to engage the audience
- Create and maintain an exciting, high-energy atmosphere throughout shows
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth event flow and timing
- Interact with audience members and manage crowd engagement during live shows
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
- Adhere to event schedules and collaborate with performers backstage
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a host, MC, or presenter in entertainment or live events
- Strong communication and public speaking skills with excellent articulation
- Confident stage presence with vibrant body language and expression
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced live event environments
- Outgoing personality with high energy and positive attitude
- Background or experience in dance or performing arts is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Skilled at building rapport with audiences and creating memorable experiences
