At Sugarscarf, we don't just sell scarves; we curate experiences, share styling inspirations, and build communities.
As our Live Host, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating captivating content, interacting with our loyal community in real-time, and driving sales through high-energy presentations. If you have a flair for public speaking, a keen eye for fashion, and the ability to engage an audience on camera, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic and engaging live streaming sessions across social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, and styling versatility to viewers.
- Proactively interact with the audience by answering questions and responding to comments in real-time.
- Develop creative scripts and product storytelling to boost viewer retention and conversion.
- Monitor live performance metrics and adjust presentation style to maximize viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live sessions with current promotions and product launches.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and on-brand appearance during every broadcast.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live hosting, e-commerce, or public speaking is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English and/or Malay with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera and managing live audience interactions.
- Passionate about fashion, specifically hijab trends and styling.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability to accommodate live stream schedules.
- High level of energy, positivity, and a 'main character' personality that resonates with our audience.
