Key Responsibilities
As a Project Logistics Coordinator, you will take full ownership of diverse and challenging projects. Your days will be dynamic, involving comprehensive planning, precise resource allocation, rigorous monitoring, and detailed reporting. You will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams (including Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation) and managing relationships with key external vendors and partners. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of complex logistics projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, diligently monitoring progress against key milestones and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, transportation) and external vendors to guarantee seamless operational flow.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective contingency plans and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, presentations, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project activities.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in logistics, project management, or supply chain coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is highly desirable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
