Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique preferences and travel aspirations.
- Design and execute highly personalized, bespoke luxury travel itineraries for a global clientele.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
- Manage all aspects of the booking process, including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay abreast of the latest luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive offerings to continuously enhance client proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Travel Consultant or Advisor, with a significant focus on luxury and bespoke travel.
- Extensive knowledge of international luxury destinations, premium travel products, and exclusive experiences.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with affluent clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage complex itineraries.
- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) or other travel booking platforms and CRM software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and unforeseen circumstances gracefully.
- Demonstrated passion for travel and commitment to providing unparalleled client service.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is highly advantageous.
