Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique reflects brand prestige.
- Manage and grow a dedicated client database (CRM) through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock intake, cycle counts, and replenishment.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
