Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product demonstrations
- Drive sales achievement by building strong client relationships and upselling opportunities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury product collections, materials, and craftsmanship
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive brand experiences
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the luxury brand through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diplomatic approach
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet/exceed targets
- Professional presentation with passion for luxury goods and brands
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail certifications preferred
