Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of luxury brands and product features to provide personalized style recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the retail floor, including merchandising, signage, and cleanliness, to reflect brand standards.
- Manage stock levels, process deliveries, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high‑end customer service roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong command of English language; additional languages such as Mandarin or Malay are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management procedures.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a keen eye for fashion trends and visual aesthetics.
