As a Store Supervisor, you will act as the brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the luxury standards expected by our clientele. You will analyze sales data, implement effective merchandising strategies, and coordinate with visual teams to create compelling store layouts that maximize conversion. Additionally, you will handle inventory management, schedule staff shifts, and conduct performance reviews to foster a high‑performing, motivated team. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver personalized VIP clienteling services, building long‑term relationships with high‑value customers.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate replenishment to minimize out‑of‑stock situations.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Strong clienteling skills with ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Excellent visual merchandising sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and developing a diverse team.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting sales data and KPI reports.
