Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Deliver personalized VIP clienteling services, building long‑term relationships with high‑value customers.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and coordinate replenishment to minimize out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving store profitability.
  • Strong clienteling skills with ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
  • Excellent visual merchandising sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
