You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary of $3,000 to $3,500 per month, supplemented by an attractive commission structure that rewards your commitment to service excellence and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with brand standards and luxury retail best practices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to foster brand loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate the features and craftsmanship of luxury watches and fine jewellery with technical accuracy.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive engagement and professional consultative selling.
- Maintain the aesthetic integrity and visual merchandising standards of the boutique.
- Handle inventory management, including stock counts and boutique displays with meticulous attention to detail.
- Process transactions efficiently and manage client CRM databases for follow-up engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium fashion services.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse and sophisticated clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Strong passion for horology and fine jewellery design.
