Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end M&E project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth system integration.
- Manage project schedules, procurement of materials, and budget allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.
- Resolve site-specific M&E challenges through proactive problem-solving and engineering design reviews.
- Ensure all installations align with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E project coordination, ideally within Construction or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, fire protection, or electrical system integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, or relevant project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of managing site operations and stakeholder relations.
- Professional Engineering (PE) or relevant certification is a significant advantage.
