Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels, wiring, and machinery.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdown calls and perform repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components and control systems in accordance with safety regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform complex diagnostic tasks.
- Coordinate with production and facilities teams to ensure all electrical infrastructure operates at peak efficiency.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and system performance data.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety protocols and industry electrical standards (PUIL).
Qualifications
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or electrical installation.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, AC/DC motors, and control circuits.
- Possess a valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certificate is considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in shift patterns and respond to on-call maintenance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for effective fault finding.
- Physical capability to work in various industrial environments.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to adhere to standard operating procedures.
