We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in Balaraja, Banten. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance activities across our manufacturing facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage maintenance budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance work, conducting rootâcause analysis, managing spareâparts inventory, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and ensuring adherence to Indonesian safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for production equipment and utilities.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work orders, and spareâparts inventory systems.
- Conduct rootâcause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and identify costâsaving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement to optimize equipment performance and support new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in hygienic, chemical, or energy process industries.
- Proven ability to manage a multiâdisciplinary maintenance team and work in crossâfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and HVAC systems, as well as CMMS/EAM software.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and ISO standards.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
