Responsibilities
- Complete rotations across multiple departments including retail operations, corporate services, and support functions
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives that drive business performance and efficiency
- Develop proficiency in company systems, processes, and retail/consumer industry practices
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across the organization
- Support store operations and customer service excellence during retail rotations
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions for business challenges
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project progress and learnings
- Represent Gain City Group professionally in all internal and external interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience
- Strong leadership qualities and demonstrated initiative in academic or extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Highly motivated with a genuine interest in the retail and consumer products industry
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and handle changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis
- Willingness to work flexible hours and relocate as required for rotations
