Responsibilities
- Complete rotations across multiple departments including production, quality assurance, logistics, and operations to gain comprehensive industry knowledge
- Support management teams in analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization
- Participate in project management initiatives and contribute to process enhancement implementations
- Assist in monitoring production targets and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop reports and presentations for senior leadership on operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and optimize workflow efficiency
- Engage in leadership training sessions and apply learned concepts to real-world business scenarios
- Represent the company in client interactions and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of work experience are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Adaptable to fast-paced work settings and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Resident of Shah Alam, Selangor, or willing to commute to the location
