Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive rotational training across front-of-house and back-of-house operations to understand the full business cycle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the high standards of a Michelin-star brand.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in daily administrative tasks, including inventory management and stock procurement.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Handle Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, manage cash flow, and generate daily sales reports.
- Monitor service flow and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff once initial training milestones are successfully achieved.
