Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end restaurant operational rotations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Deliver and monitor service standards to ensure the iconic Haidilao customer experience.
- Assist the management team in daily administrative tasks, reporting, and store performance analysis.
- Provide translation and communication support for Mandarin or English-speaking stakeholders and guests.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain high operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback proactively to ensure satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.
- Support the execution of local marketing and store-level business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Oral/Written) or English; proficiency in both is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and collaborative environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse team members and guests.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in hospitality is a plus.
