Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality graduate applicants from domestic and international markets
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, including university fairs, information sessions, and webinars to engage prospective students
- Build and maintain relationships with undergraduate institutions, professional organizations, and industry partners to expand recruitment networks
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital content for recruitment campaigns
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage the graduate admissions inquiry process and provide exceptional customer service to prospective students
- Represent NUS at international education exhibitions and conduct interviews with applicants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or related professional services
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and managing complex projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and data analytics tools
- Experience in international education or familiarity with graduate programme structures is highly desirable
- Ability to travel frequently (approximately 20-30% of the time) for recruitment activities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across academic and administrative units
