Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage team members in the ACW department, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Develop, implement, and monitor short and long-term goals for the mechanical maintenance team
- Oversee all mechanical repair and maintenance operations to ensure optimal system performance
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of necessary equipment and materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance issues and minimize operational disruptions
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, team performance, and budget utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and other mechanical equipment
- Certification in mechanical maintenance or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a resort, hospitality, or large facility environment preferred
