Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian (and/or English) for business meetings, emails, and official documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and Chinese-speaking clients or partners to ensure alignment.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested by senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with high levels of discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and project materials for executive reviews.
- Act as a cross-cultural liaison to facilitate smooth operations within the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, Business, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is highly preferred).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or translation role (fresh graduates with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, high integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
