Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread educational materials in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science, and Accounting & Economics
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and adherence to curriculum standards
- Collaborate with authors and subject matter experts to refine educational content
- Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all materials
- Review and assess the educational value and appropriateness of content for target age groups
- Provide constructive feedback to authors and content developers
- Stay updated with the latest educational standards and curriculum changes
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese, English, Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, Science, Accounting & Economics, or related field
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Excellent command of Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and English languages
- Knowledge of educational curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with authors and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in word processing and editing software
- Previous experience in educational publishing or content development is a plus
