Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the international spiritual mentor to plan, create, and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy tailored for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Write compelling and original content in Mandarin for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and the company blog.
- Develop engaging copy for marketing campaigns, video scripts, live session descriptions, and online courses.
- Adapt complex spiritual and wellness concepts into easily digestible and relatable content that resonates with our target demographic.
- Conduct research on trending topics within the wellness and spirituality industry to ensure content remains relevant and timely.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for maximum readability, engagement, and SEO performance.
- Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, suggesting innovative content formats to increase reach and audience interaction.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels, upholding the high standards of Inner Zen Wellness Academy.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, with exceptional writing and editing skills in the language. (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Social Media Executive (minimum 2-3 years preferred), ideally within the wellness, lifestyle, personal development, or spiritual sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat Official Accounts, and Weibo.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of written content in Mandarin (articles, social posts, marketing copy).
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for spirituality, mental health, mindfulness, and holistic wellness is a must.
