Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
- Design and implement daily and unit lesson plans aligned with the language syllabus
- Assess student progress using formative and summative methods and maintain records
- Manage a positive, inclusive classroom environment and handle routine administrative duties
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and school staff to support learner growth
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance language practice and engagement
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in professional development activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mandarin, Linguistics, or a related field
- Teaching certification or credential relevant to language instruction
- Fluent in Mandarin; strong proficiency in English; native Mandarin speakers preferred
- Experience teaching Mandarin to students of diverse ages and levels
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time in Taman Melawati, Selangor, Malaysia
