PT Dbest Thanisa Grup is seeking a skilled Mandarin Translator to bridge communication between our Chinese partners and local teams in Balaraja, Banten. Responsibilities
- Translate written documents, reports, and technical manuals between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Provide realâtime interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of terminology across all translated materials.
- Assist in preparing bilingual presentation slides and correspondence for management.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to clarify instructions and specifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information handled during translation tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Linguistics, Translation, Chinese Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin translator/interpreter in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent) and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of technical terminology related to production processes.
- Proficiency with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
